가. Submission Format : Read the Declaration of Ethical Conduct in Research carefully and submit your application.
1) Request for Evaluation for Thesis(dissertation)
2) Declaration of Ethical Conduct in Research : Be sure to read the contents of the bottom box.

나. Submit the Forms to Graduate School, after obtaining approval from your advisor and Dean of department

First, I strive to be honest in my conduct, to produce valid and reliable research conforming with the guidance of my thesis supervisor. I affirm that my thesis contains honest, fair and reasonable conclusions based on my own careful research under the guidance of my thesis supervisor. Second, I do not commit any acts that may discredit or damage the credibility of my research. These include, but are not limited to: falsification, distortion of research findings or plagiarism. Third, when researching a paper on "human subjects" or "human remains", I will abide by the results of the bioethics committee's deliberations. Fourth, I will also verify the thesis by using the "CopyKiller" program, when preparing the paper. Fifth, if I quote or refer to an existing work when writing a dissertation, I will be clearly stated in the text, and I will not publish any of the existing work except for the fact that it is stated. In addition, I solemnly swear that I will not write the contents of my dissertation and test results that are different from the facts. |
